Hoarding Wealth Documentation

Welcome to the operating system for your financial life.

Hoarding Wealth helps you move from financial confusion to structured wealth building by giving every step a clear place, order, and purpose. The app combines budgeting, goals, vaults, learning, journaling, AI coaching, household tools, and community into one connected system.

What Is Hoarding Wealth?

Hoarding Wealth is a bilingual personal finance app built around a simple principle: wealth building works better when the steps happen in the correct sequence. Instead of giving you disconnected tools, HW connects your budget, goals, savings, education, habits, and financial decisions so the app can show where you are, what matters next, and why.

The app is powered by the HW Community Engine inside WordPress and is designed for real users managing real financial pressure: individuals, households, parents, teens, Spanish-speaking users, visual thinkers, and anyone who needs more than a spreadsheet.

The HW Philosophy

HW is not just about tracking money. It is about building a financial system that can guide behavior over time. The app uses the Wealth Ladder, Wealth Protocol, domain levels, budget signals, learning progress, and AI guidance to help users move from survival mode toward stability, confidence, and long-term wealth.

Correct Sequence

HW helps you focus on the next right step instead of trying to do everything at once. Foundations come before advanced wealth moves.

Connected Tools

Your budget, goals, vaults, journal, dashboard, and learning activity work together instead of living as separate tasks.

Actionable Guidance

AI coaching and system prompts turn your financial data into plain-language recommendations you can actually use.

What You Can Do in the App

The documentation is organized around the main parts of the Hoarding Wealth experience. Each guide explains what the feature does, when to use it, and how it connects to the rest of your financial system.

  • Budget Management: record income, expenses, categories, recurring items, notes, budget score, history, calendar, timeline, and coaching.
  • Vaults and Goals: create named savings targets, connect them to goals, and track progress toward milestones.
  • Cashflow Pressure: understand when money feels tight, why timing matters, and how to reduce financial strain.
  • Visual Planning Board: map your financial life with cards, sections, files, images, links, goals, budget summaries, and connected lines.
  • Wealth Journal and Notes: capture financial decisions, emotions, reminders, context, and recurring patterns over time.
  • Wiki and Learning: read guided financial education with summaries, questions, quizzes, glossary terms, bookmarks, and progress tracking.
  • Wealth AI Coach: ask stage-aware questions and receive guidance based on your budget, goals, journal, and progress.
  • Household and Community: share selected financial workflows with family, support teen learning, and participate in the HW community.

How the Documentation Is Organized

Start with the Welcome and Getting Started sections if you are new. Move into Budget Management once you are ready to enter your first numbers. After that, use the documentation based on the feature you are working with: Vaults, Goals, Cashflow Pressure, Visual Planning Board, Wealth Journal, Wiki Learning, AI Coach, Dashboard, Protocol, Household, Community, Mobile App, or Integrations.

Your First Step

Begin with your financial snapshot and first budget. The budget is the foundation for the rest of Hoarding Wealth. Once your income, expenses, and goals are entered, the app can help you understand your current stage, see what is improving, and decide what to focus on next.
