TERMS OF SERVICE – HOARDING WEALTH

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hoarding Wealth platform. By accessing or using Hoarding Wealth, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Hoarding Wealth provides tools for budgeting, financial organization, education, and insights. The platform is designed to help users better understand and manage their personal finances.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Accounts and Authentication

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. When you do so, Hoarding Wealth receives your email address and profile photo to create and manage your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your account secure.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Some features of Hoarding Wealth require a paid subscription.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Hoarding Wealth does not store your credit card or payment information. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout.

4. Google Calendar Integration

Hoarding Wealth offers an optional Google Calendar integration.

By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize Hoarding Wealth to create calendar events related to your personal budget, such as bill due dates or reminders. Calendar events are created only after explicit user action.

You remain responsible for reviewing and managing your calendar. Hoarding Wealth is not responsible for third-party service availability or outages.

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

Hoarding Wealth uses artificial intelligence to provide insights, suggestions, and guidance.

AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you enter into Hoarding Wealth.

By using the platform, you grant Hoarding Wealth permission to process your data solely to provide and improve the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hoarding Wealth is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Hoarding Wealth is not liable for financial losses, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the platform, nor for interruptions or issues caused by third-party services.

8. Changes to These Terms

Hoarding Wealth may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
